    Very interesting. It would appear that gorillas have a more predictable and vastly kinder behaviour than humans. Thank you for sharing this valuable interface experience between species.

    You’re spot on. Dian Fossey called gorillas gentle giants. I once saw a 500 pound silverback lying on the forest floor on his back holding his new son up to the sky and turning him gently as if to admire every detail. It was one of the most touching things I’ve ever seen.

    That said, they’ll fight to the death to protect a baby gorilla from poachers and up to 10 gorillas may be killed just so humans can oogle them in captivity.
